Install of O22R1114 -1 2 man crew. Diagnose existing air operator failure and site requirements to make recommendation for

repairs. Match appropriate products for replacement. Shut off air supply and bleed lines /

cylinders of residual pressure. Remove existing air lines from cylinder and mark for

open / close handing. Remove existing damaged air cylinder fittings for both supply

lines. Clean threads of cylinders to ensure all residual dirt / sealant is removed. Supply

and install new air fittings as required. Reconnect air supply lines and match to

appropriate open / close cylinder fittings. Re-supply air to system and test cycle door.

Review installed components to ensure proper function and for safe operation of the

door system
