Install of O21R2101 -2 2 man crew. Diagnose existing air operator failure and site requirements to make recommendation for repairs. Match appropriate products for replacement. Shut off air supply and bleed lines / cylinders of residual pressure. Disconnect pusher cylinder assembly and replace with new components Make all necessary connections and fasten components. Re-supply air to system and test cycle door. Review installed components to ensure proper function and for safe operation of door system.
