Diagnose existing air operator failure and site requirements to make recommendation for repairs. Match appropriate products for replacement. Shut off air supply and bleed lines / cylinders of residual pressure. Disconnect components and clean / prep existing air operator system exterior surfaces. Remove air operator from door and lay on elevated work surface. Dismantle and remove air operator mounting brackets and retaining rods / nuts. Separate top and bottom caps from cylinders and remove piston body and rods. Remove and discard existing damaged U-Cup seals and O-Rings. Degrease and scrub interior and exterior of all air operator components and check for wear / damages. Rinse and dry components thoroughly. Lubricate and install new U Cup Seals and O-Rings onto piston body and top / bottom caps. Lightly oil piston bodies and interior of cylinder walls. Insert piston bodies with rods back into cylinders. Install top / bottom caps. Install mounting brackets and retaining rods / nuts. Adjust cylinders to desired location for mounting and fasten retaining rods / nuts to secure unit together. Prep / clean installation mounting area and confirm proper mounting. Mount and bolt rebuilt air operator cylinders and mounting brackets in appropriate, pre-determined location. Assembly drive chain components and adjust as required for final fit. Make all necessary connections and fasten components. Re-connect existing air lines to the new fittings. Re-supply air to system and test cycle door several times. Review installed components to ensure proper function and for safe operation of the door system.
