Install of O02R9401/O02R9402 -2 2 man crew. Diagnose existing air operator failure and site requirements to make recommendation for

repairs. Match appropriate products for replacement. Shut off air supply and bleed lines /

cylinders of residual pressure. Disconnect components and clean / prep existing air

operator system to accept new hardware. Supply and install new air operator

components as required and adjust for final fit. Make all necessary connections and

fasten components. Re-supply air to system and test cycle door. Review installed

components to ensure proper function and for safe operation of door system.
