Install of BB001 -2 1 man crew. Match new bottom bracket to existing door requirements and offset. Secure door down and disengage electric operator (if applicable). Secure spring tension by releasing and pinning out against door. Backspin shaft to allow slack in the cables and removal of the damaged / worn existing bottom brackets. Supply and install new bottom brackets onto door section and fasten in place. Re-connect cable to bottom fixtures and adjust as required. Remove slack from cables by properly seating cable back into correct grooves on cable drum. Clamp shaft to prevent shaft backspin and to keep cable taught on cable drums. Reapply spring tension to shaft. Test to ensure proper function and safe operation of door system. Make / Model of door may vary, procedure for repair is generalized.
